Barbecued Salmon Recipe Ingredients
* 4 x 100g/4oz Salmon filets, cleaned
* 100g/40z washed Spinach
* 2 Beefsteak Tomatoes, de-cultivated and finely hacked
* 2 Medium Red Onions, finely hacked
* Juice of 2 Limes
* 2 Tabsp Honey
* 2 Tabsp Fresh Coriander, cleaved
* Salt and Pepper
Barbecued Salmon Recipe Instructions:
As a matter of first importance heat a furrowed barbecue container until truly hot. And afterward season the salmon filets and spot tissue side down at a point of 45° to the edges on the skillet. Following 2 - 3 minutes give the salmon filets a quarter turn and cook for a couple more minutes or until done however you would prefer. Take barbecue skillet off the hotness and turn the salmon over.
Next is to liquefy a little spread in a skillet, add the washed spinach and cook, mixing two or multiple times until it's withered. Strain and press any excess fluid out. Season with salt and pepper.
While the Salmon and spinach is cooking, make the salsa in a little bowl by blending the tomatoes, red onions, honey, lime juice and coriander, season to taste.
Split the spinach and spot in the focal point of 4 hot plates, organize a grillled salmon filet on top and topping with the salsa. From Stove to table in ½ hour. Partake in the barbecued salmon !
