Maple Soy Grilled Salmon Steaks
Fixings
- ▢4 salmon steaks
- ▢1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium
- ▢1/4 cup maple syrup
- ▢1 tbsp sesame oil
- ▢1 tsp ginger minced
- ▢3 cloves garlic minced
- ▢1/2 tsp red pepper chips
- ▢sesame seeds discretionary
- ▢green onions hacked, for decorate
Directions
In a shallow dish or a baking dish whisk together the soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and the pepper chips. Add salmon to the dish and turn it around to get the coating everywhere. Cover with cling wrap and let marinate for at minimum 60 minutes.
Barbecue the salmon on the two sides, until salmon is cooked through or as you would prefer. I left mine around 4 minutes for each side. As you're barbecuing the salmon, brush with residual coating on each side.
Serve embellished for certain green onions and sesame seeds, with a side of vegetables or salad. Cool. Partake in the Maple Soy Grilled Salmon Steaks plans !!!
