Grilled Salmon Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 salmon fillets (3/4 lb. each)
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • Dried Paste
  • 2-3 tbsp. fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Grilled Salmon Recipe Instructions:
Prepare dried paste, mixing rosemary, garlic and salt. Rub paste on salmon (if you use steaks, rub on both sides). Place salmon in a plastic container. Pour orange juice and oil mixture over salmon. Turn salmon over and be sure both sides are marinated. Refrigerate for 2 hours, basting and turning frequently.

When ready to cook, heat gas or charcoal grill to a very hot temperature. Just prior to putting salmon on, toss 2-3 tablespoons fresh rosemary on the coals or grill irons. (Fresh is best, but you can use dried rosemary.)

Grill salmon 5-10 minutes on first side (important: until meat starts to flake). Grill 5 minutes on second side (until meat flakes). Don't overcook, will dry out or burn. Enjoy !

Grilled Salmon Recipe Ingredients :
  • Salmon steaks for each persons
  • 4 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 sm. bunch fresh dill, chopped
Grilled Salmon Recipe Instructions :
Grill the salmon steaks on an outdoor grill. This improves the flavor, although a broiler works almost as well. To make the sauce, combine the mustards, sugar and vinegar in a bowl. Add the oil in a thin stream until the mixture is thick (I use a wire whisk). Stir in the dill. Refrigerate until ready to use. This sauce is also good with other mild tasting fish fillets and with cold chicken.

Grilled Salmon with Tomato & Coriander Salsa

Grilled Salmon with Tomato & Coriander Salsa
Grilled Salmon Recipe Ingredients

* 4 x 100g/4oz Salmon fillets, skinned
* 100g/40z washed Spinach
* 2 Beefsteak Tomatoes, de-seeded and finely chopped
* 2 Medium Red Onions, finely chopped
* Juice of 2 Limes
* 2 Tabsp Honey
* 2 Tabsp Fresh Coriander, chopped
* Salt & Pepper

Grilled Salmon Recipe Instructions:

First of all heat a ridged grill pan until really hot. And then season the salmon fillets and place flesh side down at an angle of 45° to the ridges on the pan. After 2 - 3 minutes give the salmon fillets a quarter turn and cook for a couple more minutes or until done to your liking. Take grill pan off the heat and turn the salmon over.

Next is to melt a little butter in a pan, add the washed spinach and cook, stirring a couple of times until it’s wilted. Strain and press any remaining liquid out. Season with salt & pepper.

Whilst the Salmon and spinach is cooking, make the salsa in a small bowl by mixing the tomatoes, red onions, honey, lime juice and coriander, season to taste.

Divide the spinach up and place in the centre of 4 hot plates, arrange a grillled salmon fillet on top and garnish with the salsa. From Stove to table in ½ hour. Enjoy the grilled salmon !

  • 1 can (2 1/4 ounces) sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 can (3 ounces) green olives stuffed with pimentos, drained and sliced
  • 1/4 cup canned tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 pounds salmon fillet, with skin
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning (oregano and basil)
  • non-stick olive oil spray
Mix the olives, tomato paste, olive oil, wine vinegar, lemon juice and water. Set aside; store in the refrigerator if kept longer than 4 hours.

Heat grill to high. Season the flesh side of the salmon with Italian seasoning and spray liberally with olive oil. Spray the rack of the grill with oil and grill the fish flesh-side down until browned, about 5 minutes. Flip with a wide, long-handled spatula and grill until the fish flakes to gentle pressure. Depending on the thickness of the fillet this will take any where from 5 to 10 minutes more. Slip the spatula between the skin and the flesh. Lift the fish onto a cutting board or serving platter; the skin will stick to the grill (it can be scraped off later). Spoon the olive sauce over the salmon and serve.

Grilled Salmon Fillets with Champagne Sauce

Grilled Salmon Fillets with Champagne Sauce
A nice grilled salmon recipe to try !

Grilled Salmon Recipe Ingredients
* 14oz/400g Salmon Fillet, deboned
* 1 tabsp vegetable oil
* Salt

* ½ pint/300ml good fish stock (you can buy decent fish stock from the deli or a good supermarket)
* 2floz/60ml Champagne + 1 tabsp extra
* 2floz/60ml double cream
* pinch caster sugar
* ½oz/15g unsalted butter
* 1 dsrtsp finely chopped chives

Grilled Salmon Recipe INSTRUCTIONS

First make the sauce.

Place the stock, half the cream, butter, sugar, champagne in a pan and add a pinch of salt. Bring to the boil and boil until reduced by half, put to one side.

Slice the salmon into 6 slices about ¼”/5mm thick, using a large knife at about 45° angle, down towards the skin.
Brush each slice with oil, season lightly with salt and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet.

Pre-heat the grill to high.

Whisk the remaining cream with the reserved dessert spoon of champagne until you reach the soft peak stage. Add to the sauce with 1 teaspoon of chopped chives and set to one side.

To Finish the Salmon Fillets

Grill the salmon fillets for about 1 minute on each side and divide between 2 warm plates. Bring the sauce back to boiling, add the remaining chives and whilst the sauce is still foaming, pour around the salmon fillets.

This salmon dish is best served simply with boiled new potatoes, a crisp green salad and, of course, a glass or two of chilled champagne. For dessert why not try a simple mascarpone & raspberry crème brûlée. The grilled salmon recipe with champagne sauce is ready to serve..enjoy it !
